The boys’ varsity basketball team is looking to continue the success they have had in recent years. Following a 15 win season with the majority of the players back, the team is due for another successful year. Leading the way for the Vikings is Senior captain Nick DeGrace and Junior captain Matt Lynch. Brandon Neno, Glenn Full, and Devin Males fill out the rest of the starting line-up. Coming off the bench will be Shane Hurley, Anthony Rivers, Diego DePena, David Matta, and Michael Cortellino.

The team is due for yet another winning season; however, that success did not show in the first game against McNair. The 27 point blow-out loss is how the first game went for the Vikings. Hopefully, it will fuel the team to work even harder as they have a tough week ahead of them. It will be a challenging three game week, facing Weehawken, Wallington, and rival Lyndhurst. Every team has an image and the Vikings hope to find theirs this week.
