On November 17, 2016, Student Council held the annual Volleyball Tournament in the NAHS gymnasium. With 16 teams all competing for the winning title, it was certainly a competitive night! As teams were winning and losing, the audience was on the edge of their seat, as they were anxious to see who was going to make it to the finals. After making it through the semi-finals, the two finalists were The Ginger Ninjas and The Tom Brady Bunch. Truly, the final game was intense. The Ginger Ninjas held a comfortable lead throughout the game, but in the end, The Tom Brady Bunch had a comeback and won the title!

Indeed, it was certainly an exciting night, as in-between the rounds, the annual pie eating competitions were held. The winners of the pie eating contests were Brandon Barth and Marcos Lopez. All in all, the Student Council would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Dembowski, as she organized this spectacular night. As for the audience, thank you for supporting the NAHS Student Council. I’m already counting down the days until the next one!
