This week’s spotlight for The Viking Saga is on Cristina Nardini! Cristina is a sophomore who plays 3 sports for North Arlington high school. They include Soccer, Basketball and Track. Soccer and track are both her favorites. She has been playing soccer since she was 4 years old. Cristina plays varsity soccer starting as sweeper and also plays forward at times. Cristina is also very athletic in basketball and track. In track, she is a sprinter, hurdler, jumper and a lead point scorer. In basketball, she is a point guard.
She is a great student and has all honor classes. She wants to be a psychiatrist in her future. In her spare time, Cristina likes to hang out with her friends and to work out at the gym. Her hobbies are taking singing and dance classes. Cristina says that her sophomore year has been a challenge and it has been hard to juggle everything but she is pulling through it all. Cristina’s motto is “everything always happens for a reason, no matter what.”
Cristina’s favorite movie is The Master of Disguise. She finds this movie very funny and it puts her in a good mood. Cristina enjoys eating her favorite foods such as penne vodka and Caesar salads.
