Vikatrons’ Coding Skills Will Shine

Vikatrons+Coding+Skills+Will+Shine
Our Robotics Club is alive and well. The Vikatrons have found a way to let their coding skills shine in a new global virtual aerial drone competition through the Robotics Education Foundation and Robotify.
“Little Habibi,” the team of our three seniors, Umair Khan, Fausto Escobar-Martinez, and Gerard Nifras, will be competing in this year’s multi-player events which will feature real-time Python coding to operate a mining drone in a Martian environment.
Under their advisor, Emily Pontius, the Vikatrons will for sure make us all proud. Let’s keep up with their virtual journey and cheer them on.
