Many have come to refer to 2021 as the year of the Nike Dunk because as promised, Nike will be releasing the Nike Dunk on a limitless supply. This will enable everyone who wants them to get a pair. All throughout the year, the Dunk is expected to come with a stream of general release drops on the SNKRS app and other Nike retailers.  

2021 also marks the return of the customized Nike Dunk for purchase to the public. On January 7th, Nike released the NIKE DUNK LOW 365 BY YOU allowing people to customize their own Dunks. Next, the top five most anticipated Dunk releases include the “UNLV”, “Vast Grey”, “White Black”, “Coast”, and “Football Grey” colorways that dropped on January 14th in Europe– and will be dropping in the U.S. hopefully in the near future. Right after these releases the “Street Hawker” colorway followed in Europe on January 22nd. 

Then, on February 2nd we saw yet another Dunk releasing: the Dunk High x AMBUSH “Cosmic Fuchsia.” This dunk in collaboration with AMBUSH is finally set to release after making an appearance on the runway in NY. All in all, as promised, more Dunks are set to release– and personally, I cannot wait until I get my hands on all of them. Let’s all get ready for the Year of the Dunk.
