Mr. Maloupis is the new physics teacher at North Arlington High School. Mr. Maloupis graduated from Hasbrouck Heights High School. As he reminisces about his high school years, he recalls being class president four years and being undefeated in the Track and Field state championships. He went to Bergen Community College and Montclair State University where he majored in Physics and minored in Mathematics. Mr. Maloupis taught for 3 years at Hasbrouck Heights before coming to N. A. H. S. Aside from teaching, he has a passion for filming and writing- he once made a meteor impact film!
Mr. Maloupis’ expectations for this year are that all his students leave as better physicists, scientists, mathematicians, and most importantly, thinkers. Mr. Maloupis is motivated by his students’ success and hopes to be a good example for their own self-improvement.
